Skrea Camping

Falkenberg

You will find Skrea Camping 3 km from the center of Falkenberg, between Halmstad and Varberg, with the sea and the kilometer-long sandy beach just a stone’s throw away. Experience the lovely Halland coast with beautiful beach scenery by the rolling Kattegat. Here you can stay on camping sites, in cabins or in an apartment all year round.

Lovely soft sand on a kilometer-long beach

The lovely soft sand on the several kilometer-long beach and the cooling salt water invite you to swim morning and evening. Between swimming, there is plenty to do at the campsite. Here there are play areas, playroom, activity stage, an ice cream kiosk, restaurant, lounge, mini-golf, pool and a pool kiosk. For all children check out our camping club. You can also rent a bicycle on site and get around the area or experience the Kattegatt trail that runs along the coast from Gothenburg in the north to Helsingborg in the south. For those of you who prefer to experience nature on foot, we recommend hiking on the Hallandsleden or in Åkulla Bokskogar.

Close to a lot with Skrea Camping as a base

With Skrea Camping as a base, you have many nearby excursion destinations. You live within biking and walking distance to Falkenberg’s center and the leisure theater of the ramparts. Visit Strömma Farmlodge with a café, restaurant, farmhouse and music. Play a round of golf on one of the many nearby golf courses or visit the cozy boutique hotel Ocean hotel, in the middle of Skrea Strand, where you can enjoy well-composed dishes and good drinks in a fantastic environment with the sea as the nearest neighbor.

For those of you who like shopping, it is only a 25-minute drive to Scandinavia’s largest department store, Gekås Ullared. A day trip by ferry to Denmark or over the magnificent Öresund Bridge or a full day in Gothenburg with a visit to the children’s paradise Liseberg, are just some of the possibilities.
